· Successfully represented United Bank Limited in a writ petition instituted in the Islamabad High Court, challenging the Federal Board of Revenue’s attachment of a customer’s bank account for recovery of a disputed income tax demand.

· Successfully defended PHA Foundation in a writ petition filed by Capital Development Authority in the Islamabad High Court against a direction issued by the President for provision of an alternate access road to the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme for Federal Government Employees situated in Zone-IV, Islamabad.

· Represented United Bank Limited in a Scheme of Arrangement in the Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench for the merger of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited and Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited.

· Successfully defended CMPak Limited in a suit instituted by the heirs of a deceased customer in the Civil Court, Rawalpindi for the transfer of a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card.

· Successfully defended Islamabad Electric Supply Company before the Electricity Inspector, Islamabad in proceedings instituted by an industrial consumer concerning the electricity (detection) bill retrieved from a malfunctioning meter.

· Successfully defended National Telecommunication Corporation in the Civil Court, Islamabad in a civil suit brought by a current employee, challenging the discontinuation of her acting charge appointment.

· Successfully defended United Bank Limited in the District Court, Islamabad in a civil suit for recovery of service benefits and damages brought by one of its former Vice Presidents who was sacked for misconduct.

· Successfully defended Islamabad Electric Supply Company in the Federal Service Tribunal, Islamabad in an appeal brought by a former employee for his reinstatement into service and award of back benefits.

· Successfully defended Islamabad Electric Supply Company before the National Industrial Relations Commission in proceedings brought by an employee challenging the disciplinary action taken against him for misconduct.

· Successfully defended a Branch Manager of United Bank Limited in contempt proceedings before the District Court, Peshawar.

· Successfully defended a Branch Manager of United Bank Limited in contempt proceedings before the Civil Court, Peshawar.

· Successfully represented United Bank Limited in the Civil Court, Islamabad in a civil suit for change of account title brought by a customer.

· Successfully represented United Bank Limited in the Civil Court, Swabi in execution proceedings brought by a decree-holder for the recovery of funds from the judgment-debtors bank account with United Bank Limited.
